Kotoko to return for preseason on November 30

The players and technical team of Kumasi Asante Kotoko are expected to return to training on November 30th to begin preparations for the upcoming season.

The FA Cup winners will begin preparations for the Ghalca G8, Ghana Premier League and Confederations cup early before next year.

Coach Steve Pollack is expected to be back in time for the commencement of the preseason. He was rewarded with a year contact after winning the FA Cup and has been tasked with leading the club to the group stages of the competition.

Meanwhile, the English man has identified five players he needs for the start of next season.

The Porcupine Warriors have shockingly been linked with Burkina Faso forward Aristide Bancey and the club  is understood to be keeping tabs on Vincent Atinga.

Having endured a difficult last season that saw the Kumasi based club finish fifth in the Ghana Premier League. Arrangements have been made to ensure the club gets a better 2018 season, hence the return to preseason.
