Attacker Kwesi Appiah scored for Crawley Town in their English fourth-tier league home defeat against Exeter City.

Appiah scored in the 31st minute, bringing his season total to four goals in 11 games.

However, the away team came back to win 3-1 on Tuesday night.

Ashley Nadesan's red card in the 43rd minute for a second bookable offence cost the Reds.

Strugglers Crawley Town go to bottom-of-the-table Scunthorpe United on Saturday, looking to bounce back from back-to-back losses.

The former Crystal Palace player joined Crawley Town on a one-year deal with the option for a second in the summer after his stint in India with Northeast United FC ended.

Appiah made his debut in Ghana's 2–1 win over South Africa on 27 January 2015  and scored his first international goal in the quarter-final victory over Guinea.
