Legon Cities FC consoles John Paintsil after losing his mother

Ghana Premier League side Legon Cities FC have extended their solidarity to former Black Stars defender John Paintsil after losing his mother.

Paintsil’s mom, Madam Juliana Adiaba Paintsil sadly kicked the part on Tuesday while receiving treatment for her illness at the Nyaho Clinic in the Greater Accra Region.

In a post on the Twitter page of Legon Cities FC, they have consoled with John Paintsil and his family.

“Our Former head coach John Paintsil has lost his mum...Our hearts and thoughts are with John and his family at this very difficult time”, the post said.

Paintsil remains a key member of Legon Cities FC after playing a vital role for the new owners to buy the club which was formerly known as Wa All Stars.
