LATIF BLESSING says he is unfazed by recent Black Stars snub for Ghana’s final Afcon qualifier against Rwanda.
Latif who has been exceptional for Liberty in the league was overlooked by Coach Avram Grant when he extended invitation to some local players following the late arrivals and unavailability of some foreign stars.
In an interview with the Graphic Sports last Tuesday, Latif said, “I am not disappointed for not making the squad because I have to work harder for the future.”
“There are more years ahead and I believe my time will come to prove my worth for my nation,” he added.
Latif has been in splendid form this season, scoring 13 Premier League goals so far, which puts him just a goal behind leading scorer, Yahaya Mohammed.
