Lionel Messi could be influencing Barcelona's summer transfer policy - with claimsthat the Argentine wants the Catalan club to sell Paco Alcacer, reportsThe Express.

Alcacer only arrived at the Camp Nou in a £27m deal from Valencialast summer and has so far struggled to make an impact- scoring only two goals so far this season.

Spanish siteDon Balonreckon that the reigning La Liga champions will look to cut their losses and offload the striker in the summer.

Lionel Messi is also reportedly trying to influence a deal to bring 'Munir' El Haddadi back to Barcelona after being loaned out to rivals Valencia in August. The Argentine captain wanted the 21-year-old to be more involved with the first teamthis season, but boss Luis Enrique opted to sign Alcacerinstead.

There looks to be a lot of upheaval at the Camp Nou this summer - with Luis Enriquez expecting to leave at the end of the seasonAlcacer's future is far from certain.

If Barcelona are in fact already negotiating to sell the former Valencia man, they are going to struggle to convince teams of his worth - with the 21-year-old having only played 12 minutes of football in Barcelona's last 15 matches.
