Man City News: Vieira responds to USA talk; Okacha says \'De Bruyne why City tearing it up!\'

New York City FC coach Patrick Vieira says he's happy to field interest from Europe.

But the Arsenal legend insists he's in no rush to jump into a new job.

He told the Guardian: "It's flattering to be paired with different clubs in Europe, but it's just a journalistic snack.

"I have to do what I love and I'm where I want to be."

Vieira was linked with the USA job, but laughed off the rumours.

"It was only speculation and the best way to treat speculation is to be honest at once and then people will stop talking about it."

The former Manchester City U23 coach has just completed his second season as NYCFC manager.

Meanwhile, Nigerian legend Jay-Jay Okocha admits he's a big fan of Manchester City winger Kevin de Bruyne.

Okocha believes City are flying high this season at home and in Europe thanks to the form of the Belgium international.

"For now, the one that impresses me most is Kevin De Bruyne," he told Goal, "for his vision of the game, his attitude.

"I think his good form is one of the reasons why Manchester City is tearing apart all the other teams right now."
