Man City not giving up keeping Man Utd target Jadon Sancho

Manchester City aren't giving up on keeping hold of Jadon Sancho.

The Daily Mail says City are hopeful of resolving conflict with Sancho despite the teenager refusing to train.

The 17-year-old has not been seen at the City Football Academy for over a week as he attempts to force a move away after turning down an offer of professional terms.

Manchester United have also watched the England youth international over the last 12 months and Spurs made their initial move as part of the Kyle Walker negotiations.

City signed Sancho for £500,000 from Watford two years ago but he remains doubtful of Premier League opportunities.

Club sources, however, have stressed the situation is still salvageable.
