Chelsea fullback Marcos Alonso is surprised by Federico Bernardeschi's departure to Juventus.
Alonso played with the Italy winger at Fiorentina.
He recalled: "He (Bernardeschi) signed up for a renewal and said he would never go to Juventus, but in football this can never be said.
"This had already been done with Neto but surely Bernardeschi's transfer made more noise. But now he will have a very important shirt and will win titles: to say no to the Bianconeri is almost impossible."
On Chelsea's hopes this season, Alonso told TMW: "We will have to try to get to the top in all the competitions. The goals will be to defend the Premier League, though it will not be simple and to make the most of the Champions League.
"We are Chelsea, we have the obligation to fight in all competitions. We hope to have a good season."
