Bechem United moved out of the relegation zone with a comfortable 2-0 win over continental campaigners Medeama SC.
Coach Manuel Zacharis side broke the deadlock through Abednego Tetteh before Yaw Arnol added the second to see them cruise to a 2-0 win.
Bechem went into the game determined for a much needed victory as they seek to get out of their relegation struggle.
The loss means Medeama who are not playing well domestically despite their heroics in the CAF Confederation Cup have gone winless in their last four Premier League games.
