In the wake of a challenging start to their 2023/24 CAF Champions League campaign, Medeama bankroller Moses Parker is urging Ghanaians to rally behind the team as they gear up to face Algerian powerhouse CR Belouizdad.

Despite a disheartening 3-0 defeat at the hands of African giants Al Ahly in their first Group D fixture, Parker remains steadfast in his optimism, urging the nation to unite in support of Medeama's quest for redemption on the continental stage.

As the team readies itself for the crucial encounter, Parker believes that collective encouragement can serve as the catalyst for a spirited comeback, emphasizing that the lessons learned from the Al Ahly setback will be instrumental in shaping their performance against CR Belouizdad.

"In Kumasi Kotoko officials are all behind us everybody is ready to support Medeama SC to achieve victory. On Thursday we will go to Otumfuo to visit him everybody should come and support us it is Ghana vs Algeria we have completed Egypt vs Ghana when we went everybody saw what happened," he told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com

"We urge Asanteman to come and support us the team we need their support the support will boost the boys what they can't do they will do it.

"And Western Region Tarkwa there are a lot of cars moving to the match venue so as they support Asante Kotoko and Black Stars they should come and watch good football,"
