Medeama will sell Jonathan Sowah for the right price - Administrative Manager

Administrative manager of Medeama Sporting Club, Joseph Tetteh Zutah, has revealed that the club will sell talisman Jonathan Sowah if they get the right amount they want.

The Black Stars striker has reportedly caught the attention of Egyptian giants Al Ahly and South African powerhouse Mamelodi Sundowns.

Former captain Zutah said they will negotiate with any willing club and ensure they get what the player is worth.

“Sowah is a good player, before a player who has a contract will move on it means there must be an agreement from both parties so if the club agrees to release Sowah, it means the club has also agreed and received something that we think we can sell the player,” he told Citi Sports.

Jonathan Sowah scored 12 goals in 20 appearances in the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season as they were crowned champions for the first time.

He also led the club’s charge for a first ever appearance in the CAF Champions League group stage.
