Jorge Mendes is locked in negotiations with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez about a striker signing.
The super agent represents Valencia forward Goncalo Guedes and talks have commenced about relocating the Portugal international in Madrid - potentially as early as January.
Perez has been won over by Guedes this season, having been offered the striker by Mendes during the summer market.
The former Porto star is on-loan at Los Che from PSG and there is an acceptance that the move to Paris hasn't worked out.
Mendes is now in talks with Perez about placing Guedes at Real, where he could arrive as a replacement for Gareth Bale. As good as he has been for Valencia, there's a belief Guedes would be even better surrounded by Real's stars.
