Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil says he can handle the criticism from past club greats.
The likes of Martin Keown and Ian Wright have both attacked the attitude of Ozil this season.
However, the Germany international told SFR Sport: "What do I have to say to former Arsenal players who reproach me for being too nice, too dilettante on the pitch? As I have already said, comments from former players or from outside the club do not interest me.
"The only opinion that counts is that of the coach. You know, there are days when everything is fine on the field and others where it's more complicated. You just have to give your best, work on yourself and everything will be fine again."
