Following his stupendous outing for St Gallen on Wednesday in their 4-1 win over Young Boys, Musah Nuhu has been named in the Swiss Super League team of the week.
The lanky defender was phenomenal in his side’s win over the defending champions, fetching the opening goal of the game.
Nuhu intelligently headed home the opener for St Gallen on the 20th minute of the game to set the tobe for what could be described a waterloo for Young Boys.
Nuhu’s aggression and tact at the back weaved a solid back line for the Green and Whites who are now 5th on the table.
Nuhu was recently given a three-year permanent contract by St Gallen three weeks ago after an impressive outing with the side in his six months initial loan stay.
