The Italian giants who were reported earlier this month to be interested in the signature of the Sassuolo middle man are stepping up their interest and are said to be ready to offer a player plus cash to make the transfer happen.

According to reports in Italy, Carlo Ancelotti’s side is on the verge of losing Brazilian midfielder Allan and believes Alfred Duncan will be the perfect man to take up his role at the club.

In a bid to bring the player to Naples, it is understood the Club is ready to offer Lorenzo Tonelli plus cash to tempt Sassuolo into letting go of their talented midfielder.

Alfred Duncan excelled for Sassuolo in the 2018/2019 season where he made 26 appearances and managed to score 4 goals.  On top of that, he also made 4 assists to help his side finish 11th on the league standings.

He is rumored to be on the radar of several clubs in Italy as well as some clubs in the top 5 European leagues.
