New Black Stars players in coach Chris Hughton's twenty five man squad to take Angola at the Baba Yara Stadium will experience the massive football fever in Kumasi.

The Black Stars of Ghana have adopted Kumasi as their home for some time now. Ghana has won virtually all their games played in Kumasi and the support from fans has been huge.

The entire stadium was full when Ghana took on Nigeria during the World Cup qualifiers playoff.

Players like Ransford Yeboah Königsdörffer, Inaki Williams, Tariq Lamptey, and Patrick Kpozo will be experiencing the amazing atmosphere for the first time.

The Black Stars will meet Palancras Negras at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Thursday, March 23, 2023, before traveling to Luanda for the return on March 27, 2023.

Ghana is joint top of Group E with four points from two games, having won 3-0 over Madagascar and drawn 1-1 with Central African Republic in June of last year.
