Asante Kotoko will face the wrath of National Sports Authority[NSA] for allowing supporters to be at their training grounds.

As part of the measures to fight against the spread of Covid-19, clubs were cautioned not to allow their supporters to come close to their grounds.

But supporters of Asante Kotoko were spotted at the Adako Jachie whiles the team was training after resuming training last week.

And according to Professor Peter Twumasi, who is the National Sports Authority board chairman, his outfit will investigate the issue as to how supporters went to the training ground of Kotoko.

"The COVID - 19 tasks force are investigating as to how and why Kotoko allowed their fans to their training grounds (Adako Jachie) during their first pre-season training on Wednesday," Prof. Twumasi told Otec FM.

"We will take the necessary action after the investigations,” he added.

Kotoko are currently preparing for their 2020/21 Caf Champions League which start on November and the Ghana Premier League.

The club will pitch camp at Koforidua with 26 players before the season starts.
