Now it's official: Cengiz Under will be a Marseille player next season.
The Turkish winger comes from Rome on loan with conditional redemption obligation. Here is the official press release.
"AS Roma announces that it has signed a contract for the temporary transfer, until 30 June 2022, of the rights to the sports services of the player Cengiz Under, at Olympique Marseille, against the recognition of a variable consideration for a maximum amount of €500.000.
The agreement provides, upon the occurrence of certain sporting situations, the obligation of definitive acquisition for €8.4m and, in the event of future transfer of the player, the payment to AS Roma of an amount equal 20% of the transfer price.
