Accra Hearts of Oak has announced the signing of Kelvin Osei Asibey for an undisclosed amount in the ongoing transfer window.
The club's official announcement on their social media platforms reads:

The 22-year-old had an impressive season with Eleven Wonders in the Access Bank Division One League, showcasing his skills as a top defender.
He made 25 appearances, scoring two goals and providing seven assists.
Asibey's outstanding performances earned him six Most Valuable Player (MVP) awards, including a notable display during the playoffs against Bofoakwa Tano.
Asibey is regarded as one of the best defenders in the Access Bank Division One League.
Hearts of Oak see Kelvin Osei Asibey as a valuable addition to their squad.
The Phobians who finished 12th on the league log last season will hope to improve their performance in the upcoming 2023/24 season.
