Ghanaian defender Ofosu Appiah was named the Best Defender and Best Transferred Player in the just ended Estonian league after helping FC Infonet to a historic their first ever league title.

Ofosu Appiah scored eight goals and bagged four assists this season.
Overrall, the former Skonto FC and Jomo Cosmos player was voted the 13th best player of the season.

"The awards were best player of the year, best defender of the year and best transfer of the year and we also won the league.The one holding me now is the best defender of the year award which I received on Sunday," Ofosu Appiah told Kumasi-based Adehye FM.
