According to Fabrizio Romano Ligue 1 clubs OGC Nice and Lille are showing keen interest in securing the services of Kamaldeen Sulemana, a highly promising Ghanaian attacker.

With an eye for talent and a determination to strengthen their squad, Nice and Lille look poised to make a significant move in their pursuit of Kamaldeen, hoping to add his attacking prowess and immense potential to their ranks.

Romano adds that the clubs have asked for conditions of the deal and discussions will take place in the next days.

On 1 February 2023, Sulemana signed a four-and-a-half-year contract with Southampton.

The former Stade Rennais attacker made his first Premier League appearance in a 3–0 defeat against Brentford, replacing Ibrahima Diallo at half-time on 4 February 2023.

The 21-year-old scored his first Premier League goals in Southampton's 4–4 draw with Liverpool on 28 May 2023.

He has returned to the club after a brief vacation to prepare for the upcoming season in the Championship.
