Bechem United coach Bismark Kobi Mensah has officially quashed earlier reports of his dismissal, asserting that the internal issue that led to speculation has been successfully resolved.
This comes after local media outlets had initially indicated that Mensah's tenure was in jeopardy due to the club's lackluster performance in the 2023/24 campaign, finding themselves at the bottom of the Ghana Premier League table with just three points from four games.
"Seriously it was an internal issue because of that issue I was talking about today is Thursday I think Tuesday afternoon I did not training with the club," he told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com
"So this made people to get the mind that I have parted ways with the club and all that.
"So as I said the truth is there was an issue and that issue has been resolved and we are moving on now,"
Bechem United is preparing for their next Ghana Premier League game. They will take on Legon Cities away on match day five.
