Alexis Sanchez has responded to speculation linking him with a move to Arsenal's London rivals Chelsea, by declaring his love for the Gunners in an Instagram post.


As reported by theMirror, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is considering preparing a move for the Chilean forward, as he continues contract talks in North London.


However the 27-year-old, who has scored 13 goals in 20 games this season, appears to be very muchenjoying life in his third season at the Emirates, if his Instagram is to be believed...

On Thursday, when Chelsea speculation first emerged, Sanchez uploaded a video (via 101 Great Goals)in which he salutes the Arsenal invincible side, who went unbeaten for the whole 2003/04 season.


Ex-Barcelona man Sanchez and teammate Mesut Ozil have been involved in contract discussions with Arsenal, prompting manager Arsene Wenger to say: "18 months is quite long in football you know.


"They have 18 months contract and are completely committed and will do well as long as they are here. Beyond that we will try to extend their contract -No matter what happens they will stay 18 months, and hopefully much longer."

Arsenal currently find themselves second in the Premier League and are through to the last 16 of the Champions League, both if which Sanchez have been their standout performer.


As much as the Chilean's Instagram post will excite Gunners fans, the Emirates faithful will be hoping that Sanchez will remain focused on Arsenal's matches.


The North London side host Stoke on Saturday in a game that signals the beginning of a busy winter period. Sanchez will be relied on to grind out performances in a catalogue of fixtures, which will prove vital inArsenal's bid for a Premier League trophy.
