While Manchester United's Premier League form has been very good over the past few months, it hasn't exactly got them anywhere.
Jose Mourinho's side are unbeaten since losing 4-0 to Chelsea, their FA Cup opponents on Monday, in Octoberbut they have remained in sixth position throughout the course of the campaign. Their opponents have been in a similar vein of form, but the Blues' consistency in winning gameshas kept them at the top of the Premier League.

Chelsea's preview of Monday's encounter referenced both United's last league defeat and their run of results, which has 'lifted them all the way from sixth to sixth'.
It's pretty clear that a little bit of humorous disrespect was intended, and also highlighted United's inability to kill teams off.
United have drawn a league high of 10 games this season, being unable to overcome the likes of Bournemouth, Stoke, Hull and Burnley at Old Trafford. They will need all of their cutting edge on Monday should they wish to progress to the FA Cup semi-finals.
