Two first-half goals from Mark Kagawa and Theophilus Ayamga sent Benin packing.

Led by head coach Laryea Kingston, the team engaged in a series of exercises designed to promote both physical and mental recovery. The session was crucial in ensuring that the players are in top form for their upcoming matches in the tournament.

Fortunately, the session concluded without any reports of injuries, much to the relief of the coaching staff and the players. This is a positive sign for the team as they gear up for a busy schedule of matches.
