Somewhat surprisingly considering his advanced position, Iniesta on the other hand has just scored just 55 times during his career, which he has spent exclusively at the Catalan club after coming through the famed 'la Masia' academy.

While many would consider Iniesta a goal threat, his most prolific season in La Liga was back in 2011 when he registered eight.

However when it comes to international goals, the diminutivepassing wizard can claim to be the more prolific, converting on12 occasionscompared to Ramos' 10 strikes for La Roja.

Barcelona's number eighthas also made less international appearances than Ramos (113 to Ramos' 140 caps).

Despite this statistical inferiority,Iniesta can also sleep easy knowing that it washis extra timestrike that won Spain their only ever World Cup backin 2010.
