Liverpool defender Nathaniel Clyne has revealed teammate Sadio Mane is the fastest player at the club.
The Reds have a number of speed merchants at the club, with the likes of Mane, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino using their pace to full effect so far this season,leading the club to the top of the Premier League.
The likes of Nathaniel Clyne and Alberto Moreno have also become known for their lightning turn of pace, andspeaking to Goal, Clyne admitted the competition to be regarded as the quickest player at the club is fierce.
"Me and him in a race? That would be tough and a close one," Clyne revealed.
"I have to say, he is faster, definitely when he is on the ball anyway. The top three are Sadio, then me and then Alberto [Moreno]."
Goal named Mane as the 39th best player in world football, and Clyne praised Mane, highlighting his eagerness to run at opposition defences and cause problems.
"He is quality, he always wants the ball," Clyne continued.
"You can see when he gets the ball that he is always looking forward and his first intention is to get at the defence and cause problems. You can see that he has done that.
"He has been great, he has provided assists and he has scored goals. He is on fire at the moment. There's so much quality around the squad, you look around the dressing room at the players we have got, and we have so much ability."
