This comes just 8 months after the Kumasi based club unveiled Strike as their new kit sponsors. Having inked a three-year contract with the firm, the Porcupine Warriors are believed to be considering a move to terminate the agreement.

Checks done by footballghana.com has revealed that ‘Strike’ has failed to fulfill their part of the deal as far as the delivery of their products stated in the contract signed between the two parties is concerned.

Inside sources say Kotoko has only taken hold of two sets of the home jersey and one set of their away kit since the time that the contract was signed. This we understand does not go in line with the agreements the two parties signed last year.

Hence Kotoko’s decision to consider abrogating the contract. However, the news is yet to be confirmed, with the management of the club yet to comment on the issue.
