REVEALED: Man City hand Danilo shirt number

Published on: 24 July 2017

Manchester City have confirmed the shirt number for new signing Danilo.

The Brazil right-back has joined City from Real Madrid.

Danilo will wear the No.3 shirt at Manchester City following his move from Real Madrid.

The 26-year-old defender has signed a five-year contract at the Etihad and becomes the second new right-back at the club, signing days after Kyle Walker arrived from Spurs.

City have confirmed what number Danilo will have on his back; he takes over the No.3 jersey from Bacary Sagna, who left this summer when his contract ran out.

Walker picked the No.2 shirt, while John Stones has taken the No.5 shirt left vacant by Pablo Zabaleta.

Benjamin Mendy could complete his move from Monaco as early as today.
