Dutch pundits are urging Barcelona to move for Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen.
Eriksen is being celebrated in Denmark after his hat-trick in their World Cup playoff triumph against the Republic of Ireland.
"He is a very smart player, so he can now grow up nicely at the World Championships," said former Holland coach Guus Hiddink in an interview with NOS.
Frank Rijkaard adds: "You are going to use superlatives. He almost played the match of his life. And three brilliant goals. He has developed tremendously."
Ajax icon Sjaak Swart is also enthusiastic about the 25-year-old and thinks Tottenham should not be the ceiling for him.
"I do not understand one thing: why Barcelona does not go get him very quickly," said Swart.
