Son admits he is tired following his exertions at the Asian Cup, but he knows it was a vital week in Tottenham's season.
"Of course I'm tired but I think the two games were important. We've had a great week. It was a difficult game but we're very happy to get six points this week," he told Sky Sports.
He played down any suggestion there is more pressure on him with Harry Kane and Deli Alli injured.
"Not just me, I think everyone feels the same [pressure]. We tried to get the goal in the first half but football is not easy and we had to wait for the right moment.
"My teammates and the coaching staff give me a lot of confidence."
