Lieke Martens and Barcelona will be included in La Quiniela this weekend.
La Quiniela, Spain's state-run football pool, will mark International Women's Day on March 8 by including seven women's professional league games.
Matches in La Liga Femenina, the country's top women's league, will feature in place of Spanish second-tier encounters.
Women's football first featured on La Quiniela, which works on a win-draw-lose system, last September, 71 years after the football pool was created.
La Liga Femenina, founded in 1988, has 16 teams and was won by Atletico Madrid last season.
This weekend will also see La Liga Femenina side Betis Femenino play at the Benito Villamarin stadium, the home of La Liga's Real Betis, for the first time.
Other women's clubs, including Athletic Bilbao and Valencia, have already played this season at San Mames and the Mestalla Stadium respectively.
La Liga president Javier Tebas is working towards increasing coverage of the women's league.
"There is a debt of men's soccer with that of women's and we have to continue in this line in order to keep working to equate the situation," he said last year.
