Spezia winger Emmanuel Gyasi keen on scoring more after opening Serie A account

Spezia Calcio winger, Emmanuel Gyasi has set his sight on scoring more goals for the club after opening his goal-scoring account in the Italian Serie A.

The Italy-born forward who is of Ghanaian descent scored against Cagliari on November 29, in what is serving as his first goal in the Serie A since gaining promotion with his team.

Speaking in an interview, the exciting attacker says it felt good to get his first goal but he is not satisfied.

According to Emmanuel Gyasi, he hopes to score more to help the team in subsequent matches.

“Yeah, the goal made me very happy. I have traveled a very long way to get to that moment, I have achieved what I have always pursued, a sort of crowning of all the sacrifices made so far and of the work done. That goal, in addition to serving the team, has satisfied my pride but, mind you, it has not satisfied me, on the contrary ... I really hope that the fun begins now, starting on Saturday,” the 26-year old said.

This season, Emmanuel Gyasi has made 10 appearances for Spezia Calcio and has two assists in addition to his goal.
