Youth and Sports Minister Edwin Nii Lantey Vanderpuye believes Andre Ayew will succeed at new club West Ham United. Andre sealed a club record fee of 20.5 million punds to join the Hammers from Swansea City.
The deputy Black Stars captain was impressive in his first season in England with Swansea City where he emerged as the club’s top scorer with 12 goals.
Nii Lantey Vanderpuye who has been following the exploits of Andre believes the 26-year-old will excel at the London club.
“Dede can fit into any team with great ability and a strong hearted person. I expect him to excel just as he did at Swansea City.” He told Accra-base radio station Radio Gold.
