The technical handlers at German club Fortuna Dusseldorf are ready to give Ghanaian attacker Nana Opoku Ampomah the chance to prove himself.
The forward last week started pre-season with the German Bundesliga 2 club after returning to the club at the end of his two-year loan spell in Belgium where he played for Royal Antwerp.
That loan spell did not go as planned with the once highly-rated forward failing to get the opportunity to play as much as he would have wanted.
Now back at Fortuna Dusseldorf, Nana Opoku Ampomah has been putting in a lot of work in order to get back in shape for the next football season.
On Saturday when Fortuna Dusseldorf engaged Hilden at the Stadion Bandsbusch, the talented Ghanaian had the chance to play a part in the exercise.
From sources, the technical team of the club were impressed with the commitment he showed and have decided to give him the chance to prove himself to be part of the first team next season.
After his return, Nana Opoku Ampomah has set sight on helping Fortuna Dusseldorf to secure promotion to the German Bundesliga.
