Ghana international Edwin Gyimah was engaged in a public bust-up with Orlando Pirates coach Muhsin Ertugral at the Cape Town International Airport. The Buccaneers were lucky to secure a 2-1 victory over Ajax Cape Town on Tuesday evening following a two minute brace from Tendai Ndoro.

Gyimah, who started the fixture, was replaced by Thembela Sikhakhane at the start of the second-half as he picked up a yellow card in the first stanza.

However, things were not all smiles and high spirits at the airport ahead of their flight to Johannesburg.

A video surfaced of the police and Buccaneers players holding Gyimah back while Ertugral fled the scene.

It is said Gyimah wanted to further confront the Pirates coach ahead of their flight but the players tried to calm the defender down.

Pirates have made no comment on the matter.

Pirates will face Cape Town City FC in their next Absa Premiership assignment on Tuesday, September 20.
