Berekum Chelsea has announced the signing of defender Ahmed Adams ahead of the start of the 2019/2020 Ghana Premier League season.
The player left the Berekum-based club for Kotoko where he has been played for the last couple of years.
He is returning to Chelsea to give them strength in depth as they seek to bolster their team before the start of the new league season.

“The defender returns to Berekum Chelsea FC after a long spell with Asante Kotoko SC and on a permanent deal. Welcome Back”, a post on Berekum Chelsea’s official Twitter handle has confirmed this afternoon.
Checks have revealed that the center-back has penned a two-year deal that could be extended after one season if he manages to impress during that period.
Besides playing for Kotoko in the past, Ahmed Adams has also previously played for Al Shoala in the Saudi Arabia.
