Dreams FC attacker John Antwi says the season has been good for his outfit considering their exploits in the three major competitions.

The Still Believe lads are competing in three major competitions this season, (Ghana Premier League, FA Cup and CAF Confederations Cup).

The reigning FA Cup champions secured a historic qualification to the semifinals of the Confederation Cup after edging out Stade Malien to set up Zamalek tie.

Speaking ahead of their game against Zamalek, the former Pyramids and Al Ahly forward rated Dreams FC’s overall performance in the season high.

“This campaign has been very good looking at where we are coming from. A small club playing three competitions at the same, I mean we are in the FA Cup quarterfinals and also in the Confederations Cup, God being so good, we are in the semifinal and also in the Ghana league”

“I will say this season has been good for the lads looking at how inexperience they are, so coming this far, I think is very good for the club”

Dreams FC have already arrived in Egypt ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup semifinals first leg against Zamalek on Sunday.

The contingent comprising of players, technical and management team members landed in Cairo on Friday.

The Ghanaian FA Cup holders will be hoping to continue their impressive run in the competition by reaching the finals of the competition.

Dreams FC are enjoying a remarkable campaign in their first-ever participation in a continental championship.

Meanwhile, Karim Zito has no worries about the fitness of his players ahead of the titanic clash.

Apart from Sylvester Simba, who complained feeling slight pains in his thigh, the rest of the play are fully fit for the clash.
