GHALCA boss Kudjoe Fianoo has stated that this year their focus will be solely on the prestigious top four tournament.
The Top 4 is participated by the Top four (4) teams in the Ghana Premier League after the season.
According to Kudjoe Fianoo, his outfit has moved away from top six, top eight, and the rest. They are focused on the original format now and will meet the clubs who qualified to play in this year's tournament very soon.
"This year the competition we will play is top four we won't play 3.9, 4.1 we are playing top four. They say when you drink water and alcohol then you will know the difference," Fianoo told Peace FM as monitored by Footballghana.com
"We have played top four, G Eight, G Six, but after looking at their competitiveness, attraction and everything we have zeroed on the top four. So this year it is only the top four, it is going to be Medeama, Bechem United, Aduana Stars, and Asante Kotoko. We are still talking to them to start planning we have started talking to sponsors too so nothing apart from top four will be played,"
