Jorginho to Liverpool

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp is making plans for life without Juventus transfer target Emre Can. The Germany international is expected to leave Anfield when his contract ends this summer after turning down the offer of a new deal to remain on Merseyside. According to Italian publication Gazzetta dello Sport, Klopp will replace the powerful midfielder with Napoli's Italy international Jorginho. The 26-year-old has been crucial to the club's rise to the Serie A summit this season and would be the out-and-out holding midfielder Liverpool need.

Jose Gimenez to Arsenal

After Sunday's humiliation in the Carabao Cup final against Manchester City, Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is targeting a new central defender this summer. The North Londoners had been keen on Liverpool transfer target Stefan de Vrij, who will be a free agent this summer after rejecting a contract extension. However, the Lazio defender is reported to favour a move to Anfield so Wenger has switched his attention to Atletico Madrid's Gimenez, according to Football.London. The 23-year-old Uruguayan has a £57 million release clause in his contract.

Robert Lewandowski to Real Madrid

Some 14 points behind rivals Barcelona in the La Liga title race, it has been a watershed season for Real Madrid. The Spanish giants did not sign a Galactico last summer, instead focusing on signing younger prospects like Dani Ceballos and Theo Hernandez, and they have paid for that. This summer their policy will revert to type with at least one big name expected at the Bernabeu. One possibility is Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski who, according to the Independent, is Real's No.1 target after giving up on Tottenham's Harry Kane. The Poland forward has changed agent already in the hope of forcing through a move to Real.

Alvaro Odriozola to Manchester United

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is plotting for the future at right-back with captain Antonio Valencia turning 33 this summer. The Ecuadorian's current deputy, Matteo Darmian, is expected to join Juventus leaving the Old Trafford side short in the position. Mourinho, according to the Sun, hopes to fix the issue with the signing of Real Sociedad full-back Odriozola. He had the 22-year-old, who is valued at £18m, watched as he scored in Sociedad's Europa League defeat to RB Leipzig earlier this month.

Rafa to Leicester City

Previously reported as a Liverpool and Manchester United target, Benfica midfielder Rafa could finally be set to move to the Premier League this summer with Leicester City his destination. The agent of 24-year-old Portugal international, Antonio Araujo, told Radio Renascenca of interest in his client. "Even now, in the January market, the clubs that contacted us, the Premier League, were and are still interested in taking him," he said. "It is a well-known situation of the club and it is understood that it is not the moment to make the transfer of Rafa." Leicester have reportedly sent scouts to watch Rafa and his Benfica teammate Andre Almeida ahead of a potential summer swoop.
