According to Fabrizio Romano, Fiorentina and its new manager Gennaro Gattuso are trying to bring Tiemoué Bakayoko in from Chelsea.
Gattuso coached the French midfielder in Napoli this season, while he was on loan from Chelsea, and would like to bring him along to Florence.
With the newly-crowned European Champions not retaining him, talks between Fiorentina and Chelsea shouldn't be hard, and Bakayoko himself might be tempted to follow Gattuso. A major obstacle to the move could be represented by Bakayoko's current salary, out of range for a team like Fiorentina.
Bakayoko, 26, appeared in 44 games for Napoli this season in all competitions, with 2 goals and one assist.
