U23 AFCON: We know we will win against Morocco – Black Meteors goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim

Black Meteors deputy captain Danlad Ibrahim is optimism of victory against Morocco in their second group game at the ongoing U23 AFCON tournament.

The Ghana U23 team are currently in Morocco fighting for one of the slot for the Olympic Games next year.

The team recorded victory in their opening game against Congo after inflicting a 3-2 win on Sunday afternoon.

The Ghana U23 side will take on the host country on Tuesday night in their second Group A game of the tournament.

“We know what is at stake. When we are able to win, we will definitely qualify to the next stage. So we will just learn our mistakes from the previous game, we go in all out, concentrate till ninety minute and Isha Allah we know we will win” he said.

Ghana are on top of Group A together with Morocco who also have three points after beating Guinea in their opening match.

The Black Meteors last competed in the Olympic Games in 2004 when it was held in Athens, Greece.
