Former Hearts of Oak head coach, Ernst Middendorp has been spotted in Ghana in the midst of unfair calls for young tactician Samuel Boadu to be fired.

In a recent interview, club board member Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe called for the sacking of Coach Samuel Boadu claiming that he does not believe the club is heading in the right direction under the gaffer.

“I have a problem with Hearts’ technical direction of the club. Most of the players appear to be indisciplined in the team and are either aged or lazy.

“I strongly doubt that the technical team can do well in Africa. Hearts of Oak is a big club and must always be in the hands of a big coach like Attuquayefio. I believe the current technical team can’t carry us far,” Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe told Angel 102.9 FM in an interview.

While he has been fired for calling for the head of Coach Samuel Boadu, the arrival of Coach Ernst Middendorp has generated controversy.

While it is unclear why the veteran tactician is in the country, there are speculations that suggest he may have been contacted for the Hearts of Oak job.

In the past, the German tactician worked as head coach for Asante Kotoko and was in charge of Maritzburg United recently.
