Ghana youngster, Ernest Nuamah scored his first goal in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday afternoon when Olympic Lyon locked horns with Lorient.
The Black Stars winger joined Lyon from FC Nordjaelland in the just-ended summer transfer window, smashing several records following his move.
In today’s game, Lorient broke the deadlock through Fabio Grosso after just 16 minutes before the Ghana international smashed in a half volley on 21 minutes to draw them level against Lorient.
Ernest Nuamah’s debut goal was scored from a sweet volley that earned him some amazing chants from the fans of Lyon.

Lyon are struggling this season and must play above themselves to maintain their status in the top-flight.
Due to the team’s inability to protect a 3-1 lead from the first half today, Lorient managed to score twice to force the match to end in a 3-3 draw.
