Ghana and Levante striker Raphael Dwamana has praised his teammates for their impressive performance in the 2-2 draw with city-rivals Valencia on Sunday.

Levante took the lead twice but allowed Valencia to claw back and earn a vital point at the Estadi Ciutat de València.

Granotas played the last quarter of the match with ten-men after right-back Coke was sent off for two yellow cards.

This was before Dani Parejo had converted a penalty to draw Valencia level at 2-2.

Emmanuel Boateng was replaced by Dwamena in the 69th minute.

''It was a great game, great derby. More fans. I think we put on our best performance today so far,'' the summer signing said after his first derby Valencia

''Derby is always special and today we had the point. Even though we didn't win, we got an important point so it's very good.'
