Nsoatreman FC winger Stephen Diyou has stated that his side did not deserve to lose to Medeama on Thursday.
The Nsoatre-based outfit succumbed to a narrow defeat in the outstanding Ghana Premier League fixture played at the Akoon Community Park.
Jonathan Sowah, who has been handed a Black Stars call up for next week’s 2026 World Cup qualifications scored from the spot to secure maximum points for his outfit.
“We performed well against Medeama, the fans can even testify. We implemented what our coaches told us just that penalty decided the game. looking at our performance, I don’t think we deserve to lose this game” he said after the game.
Nsoatreman FC are currently 2nd on the Ghana Premier League table and are tied on points with third place Medeama after nine games into the season.
