South African winger, Percy Tau, has stated that his team must use their home advantage to get a result over the Black Stars in the World Cup qualifiers on Monday.
Ghana come into the game with three points after a narrow win over Ethiopia whilst South Africa have one point after a goalless draw against Zimbabwe.
In an interview ahead of the match, Tau said a good result is needed since the team is playing at home.
“I agree with the coach [Broos], and we want to use the opportunity of playing at home [to our advantage]," Tau said.
"We wanted to win against Zimbabwe but I think a draw [away from home] was also good."
“So, if we get opportunities at home and we use them, it would be better for us going forward," the former Mamelodi Sundowns star added.
The match is expected to commence at 4PM on Monday.
