We have to work more on goal scoring – Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu after Olympics defeat

Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu has lamented on the sides inability to convert chances and has therefore promised to change the club’s scoring form in the Ghana Premier League.

The Phobians suffered a 1-0 defeat to the Dade boys in matchday 16 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Speaking after the game, the former Medeama gaffer said the Phobians scoring rate is unpleasant and has promised to work hard in order to change the status quo of the club in subsequent games.

“Our problem now is goal scoring, when you get the chances and misused them and opponent get it, they will punish you. So, we have to work more on scoring” he said.

The reigning Ghana Premier League champions sits 7th on the league log with 23 points after 16 matches into the campaign.
