West Ham United attacker, Mohammed Kudus has expressed his satisfaction with the team's performance in their 4-2 triumph against Brentford on Monday night.

His assist contributed to teammate Jarrod Bowen's hat-trick, granting West Ham their first Premier League victory in 2024.

This victory propelled West Ham back up two spots to eighth, just ahead of their forthcoming game against Everton.

"We needed it," stated the Ghanaian. "The previous games have been quite challenging, but it was reassuring to secure a win, especially in front of our fans. We will continue to build on this momentum and focus on the next challenge."

Kudus pointed out the team's hunger for goals by mentioning how they scored two goals within seven minutes. He expressed confidence in Jarrod Bowen's hat-trick, hinting that there's more to come.

"The team demonstrated a strong desire to win from the start. It was evident in how quickly we scored the goals and the energy and determination we displayed throughout the match. Securing the three points was indeed satisfying."

So far this season, Kudus has notched up six goals and provided two assists for West Ham in the Premier League.
