The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced that the second Super Clash of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will be played on May 26.
The game which will be a fixture in Round 31 will be hosted by the Porcupine Warriors at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
“The Competitions Department of the Ghana Football Association has set the date for the Premier League game between rivals Asante Kotoko SC and Accra Hearts of Oak.
“The Matchday 31 fixture scheduled for the Baba Yara Sports Stadium will be played on Sunday, May 26, 2024,” part of a statement from the Ghana FA said on Monday, May 13.
Before the trip to Kumasi, Hearts of Oak will take on Aduana Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium on Week 30.
Meanwhile, Asante Kotoko will also play Berekum Chelsea next weekend before welcoming the Phobians.
With two points ahead of the Hearts of Oak on the Premier League standings, Asante Kotoko will be eager to get a win in the next Super Clash.
The Reds early in the season beat Hearts of Oak 3-2 in the first Super Clash of the campaign.
